Master Food Industry operates this website and online store. By accessing, using or purchasing through the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy to the extent applicable to you.

Master Food Industry is a food business serving customers since 2023 from Master Poultry Centre, Kusumba Road, Malegaon – 423203, District Nashik, Maharashtra, India. FSSAI Licence No. 11526029000299.

You must use the website lawfully, provide accurate checkout and contact information, and be able to enter into a transaction where legally applicable. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised use. Guest checkout remains available where offered.

We sell spices and food products. Product descriptions, variants, weights, images and ingredient information are presented in good faith; packaging, labels and appearance may reasonably vary. Availability is subject to stock. Master Food Industry remains the seller responsible for its products, food safety, packaging and applicable regulatory compliance. Please review product information before use, particularly where allergies or dietary requirements apply.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable discounts, shipping charges and the final payable amount are shown before final order confirmation. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before fulfilment, subject to applicable law.

Current automatic offers are calculated from the qualifying merchandise subtotal: delivery below ₹199 is calculated at checkout from the destination PIN code; orders from ₹199 to ₹498.99 receive free shipping; orders from ₹499 to ₹798.99 receive 10% off merchandise and free shipping; and orders of ₹799 or more receive 15% off merchandise and free shipping. Delivery serviceability must still be confirmed. An intact Loot Box may have its own displayed bundle pricing.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Confirmation, availability, address validation, current pricing, payment requirements and fulfilment checks may affect whether an order can be accepted. We may decline fraudulent, invalid or unfulfillable orders and may contact you when clarification is needed.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment methods made available by Razorpay may include supported UPI, cards or other methods depending on current availability. Master Food Industry is not Razorpay and does not act as Razorpay's agent or representative.

Payment success and order confirmation remain subject to successful verification and confirmation by the relevant payment service or provider. Where Manual UPI is separately offered, submitted payment details or proof remain subject to Master Food Industry verification.

Master Food Industry does not ask customers to provide full card credentials, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials to us. Secure payment information may be processed by Razorpay and relevant banks, payment networks or other payment service providers under their own processes and policies.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders with post-discount merchandise of ₹100 or more. No additional COD handling charge applies. Availability may also depend on the order, destination or delivery service. The customer must pay the delivery representative as instructed.

We serve customers across India where delivery service is available. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by address serviceability, courier operations, weather, public restrictions or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Master Food Industry remains responsible for its products and the customer-facing fulfilment of an order even where third-party logistics providers are used.

Master Food Industry does not offer voluntary general product returns or exchanges at launch. This policy does not restrict remedies available under applicable consumer law, including for defective or deficient goods, spurious goods, goods materially different from their advertised or agreed characteristics, a wrong product, a materially damaged product, an expired or unsafe product, or a qualifying late delivery except where the applicable delay is caused by force majeure and the law permits that exception.

Cancellation, refund and other remedy requests are assessed according to the order and payment status, fulfilment progress, the nature of the concern and applicable law. We may request reasonable order details or supporting information to assess the concern. An operational assessment does not remove any remedy that applicable law requires.

Prepaid cancellation and refund requests are handled with our support team. When a refund is due for an online payment, it is returned through the original payment method or applicable payment infrastructure where supported. The time for the amount to appear can depend on Razorpay, the relevant bank, payment network or other provider processing.

If money is debited but an order or payment confirmation is not shown, please contact Master Food Industry support promptly with the order and payment details available to you. We will review the matter through the appropriate payment process.

The Master Food Industry name, website content, branding, product presentation, text, graphics and software may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes only.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, use it for fraud or illegal activity, copy protected material for unauthorised commercial use, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, logistics and shipping, authentication, analytics, hosting, address assistance, email and technical operations. Their own terms and privacy policies may separately apply to services processed by them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Master Food Industry is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of the website, inaccurate customer information or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
