Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Master Food Industry handles personal information when you browse our website, create an account, enter delivery details or place an order.

Effective: 26 August 2026 · Last updated: 07 September 2026

1. Scope

Master Food Industry respects customer privacy and processes personal information only as reasonably needed to operate this ecommerce website, provide customer service, fulfil orders and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, phone number, email address where provided, delivery address, account and authentication information, selected products and quantities, order information, payment transaction references and status, support communications, and website, device or session information used to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate accounts, maintain saved addresses and order history, validate addresses and stock, process and verify orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, improve the website through analytics where enabled, maintain records, and comply with applicable law.

4. Payments and Razorpay

Online payments are processed using Razorpay. Information necessary to process or verify a payment may be shared with or processed by Razorpay, banks, payment networks and relevant financial or payment service providers.

Master Food Industry does not store customers' full card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Where Manual UPI is offered, we may process the transaction or reference information, payer information and optional payment-proof image submitted for verification.

5. Shipping and Logistics

To fulfil and track an order, we may share the recipient name, address, phone number, order, package and payment-mode information reasonably required by shipping and logistics providers, including Bigship where used. This information is used for shipment creation, delivery coordination and customer support.

6. Accounts and Service Providers

If you create an account or choose Google Sign-In, the relevant authentication provider may process the information needed to identify your account, maintain your session and provide account features. We may also use hosting, database, file-storage, email, address-assistance and technical service providers to operate the website.

7. Address Entry and Delivery Serviceability

The current checkout uses delivery addresses that you enter manually or select from addresses saved to your account. It may use the delivery PIN code to check serviceability and help populate the corresponding city and state. The current checkout does not request browser location permission or send device coordinates for reverse geocoding.

8. Analytics, Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies, browser storage or similar technologies for authentication, security, cart contents, Buy Now selections and checkout continuity. When configured, we use Google Analytics to understand website and ecommerce activity and improve the service. We do not state that advertising or marketing trackers are used unless they are introduced and this policy is updated accordingly.

9. Data Sharing

We share information only as reasonably necessary for payment processing, shipping and fulfilment, hosting and technology operations, authentication, analytics where enabled, fraud and security controls, customer support, or applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain order and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements and meet tax, food-business, accounting or other legal obligations. Retention can differ according to the record and applicable requirements.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and customers should protect their account access and device.

12. Customer Choices and Rights

You may update available account or address information through the website or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations for completed transactions, security, compliance or dispute resolution.

13. Children's Privacy

The ecommerce service is not intended for children to place orders independently. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use and may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-party services, including payment, logistics, authentication, analytics and social-media services, may have their own privacy policies and terms. Those policies apply to information processed through the relevant third-party service.

15. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when the website, service providers, legal requirements or business practices change. The current effective and last-updated date is shown on this page.
